By accessing or using Security Lion ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your password
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal — access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell premium content or materials
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Post harmful, abusive, or illegal content in forums or comments
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Security Lion — including courses, videos, workbooks, and articles — is owned by Security Lion and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning.

User-generated content (forum posts, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Security Lion is an educational resource — we do not guarantee specific results from using our materials. AI tools and techniques discussed may change as the technology evolves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Security Lion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
